Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes when it comes to building our highways?
Come explore in- demand positions with Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to see what careers are needed to make America’s highway infrastructure a success! All students grades 6-12 and college are welcome!
The WSDOT keeps people, businesses and the economy moving by operating and improving the state’s transportation system.
Students are invited to join us at Washington State Department of Transportation where they can discover new careers and learn from professionals in the industry. Career Opportunities we will be exploring:
- Information Technology
- Surveying
- Highway Maintenance
- Civil Engineering, Drafting & Design
- Traffic Management Systems
Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Parents, guardians, and teachers are welcome to stay at the event with their student(s) but it is not required. Please RSVP.
