Our group is planning a trip to Washington DC from September 19th 2026 to September 22nd 2026. You do NOT have to be a member of our group to attend. Anyone can sign their child up for this once in a lifetime experience. You can attend this meeting in person to receive informational materials or you can attend virtually and opt for emailed information. This will be a 5 day trip that includes EVERYTHING!

Transportation around the city

Insurance and liability
Anyone in middle school can earn up to 3 high school credits
Our students will have the entire hotel floor exclusive for us! The night guards will ensure no students leave as well as no unauthorized persons come onto our floor.
We have 2 million in financial assistance to help families- any family who makes an AGI of $85,000 and under can receive up to $400.00 off the trip price! ( You can call the customer service number to see how much you can qualify for even before you sign up!
Anyone who signs up within 4 days of the parent meeting will receive an additional discount off the trip price of $100.00 off. This discount will be added after the deadline expires.
We have a fundraising platform called our Gift of Education program, this allows the students to set up a link and post on social media or send to families and they can donate directly to their trip!!
You can also take advantage of the extended payment plan option for the 5 day is $49.00 deposit/ $189.00 a month! Any fundraising you do will reduce your payments accordingly.
We will also have additional scholarships allocated to our group that will be dispersed based on need.
Parents are welcome to attend the trip with their children but will pay the same price as the student. We will have one free chaperone for every 10 students signed up and those will go on a first come first serve basis and club leaders discretion.
