WARZONE ROOM BOOKING

Please select the ticket that corresponds to the room you would like to book! once you have the ticket, a $5 Deposit (per room) should be sent directly to Coach Ash to hold any room! Send payment via Zelle, Apple Pay, or Paypal please, no/cash app at the moment.

Once both steps are complete, your room is booked! Full payment listed on the ticket is due at Check-In Via your own person Debit/credit card.

You have until March 2nd to confirm/cancel your room. Any cancellations after that will be subject to a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee must be paid for your child to return to dance.

If we run out of rooms I will contact the hotel again to add additional rooms to accommodate everyone.
