Notice is hereby given to all members of Warrnambool City Pickleball Incorporated that an Annual General Meeting of the association will be held at the following time and place:
• Date: Thursday, 23 July 2026
• Time: 7:00 PM
• Location: Warrnambool Stadium (ARC) 71-77 Caramut Rd, Warrnambool
Meeting Agenda
1. Welcome and apologies
2. Quorum confirmation
3. The ordinary business of the annual general meeting—
**** (a) confirm the minutes of the 2025 annual general meeting;
**** (b) receive and consider—
******** (i) the annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Association during the 2025/2026 financial year; and
******** (ii) the financial statements of the Association for the 2025/2026 financial year submitted by the Committee;
**** (c) elect the members of the Committee;
**** (d) set the amount of the annual subscription / joining fee.
4. Consider and vote on the Special Resolutions to amend the association's rules
5. General Business: Trading Name of Warrnambool Pickleball
