Led by decorated Army veteran, yoga instructor, and cherished friend of Indigo Yoga, Dan Nevins, this event celebrates our community and veterans. Dan, severely injured during combat in Iraq in 2004, discovered the life-changing power of yoga as a means to heal from both visible and invisible wounds of war. Since becoming a Certified Baptiste Yoga Instructor in 2015, Dan has championed "yoga for every-body," encouraging people from all walks of life, especially veterans, to embrace the practice.
As we approach Veterans Day, experience Dan’s remarkable journey from the battlefield to the yoga mat, where he now serves others through the transformative power of yoga.
