Warriors & Arrows is a fitness competition inspired by Psalm 127, "Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord...like arrows in the hand of a warrior...blessed is the man who fills his quiver with them!".
This event is all about encouraging the bond between generations through leadership, fitness, and fun. Teams will complete 3 specially designed, scalable partner workouts that test strength, endurance, and communication while competing within their age division.
*Teams may consist of any adult and minor pair: parent/child, aunt/nephew, godparent/godchild, coach/athlete, and more. Whether you’re looking to make memories, take on a challenge, or simply have fun together, this event is for all fitness levels. Warriors, grab your Arrows and finish the summer strong!
