As a celebration to the Summer Solstice and entering my 30th trip around the sun, I am honored to celebrate with movement and community. Expect a 45 minute guided beginner/intermediate Steel Mace Flow class followed by a sound healing experience. Wear attire that represents your most fierce and powerful self, something that screams WARRIOR!

Whether this is your first class with me, OR its your third year training with me, I thank you for your everlasting support. 2026 marks 7 years of diving deep into the training system that changed my life. I've been honored to be able to introduce SMF to various communities, create unique experiences and certify fellow mace enthusiasts!
