There are moments in life when we stand at a threshold.
A place where old patterns no longer serve us, yet the next step forward asks something more of us. More courage. More honesty. More willingness to stay present in the intensity of transformation.
The warrior is not defined by aggression. The warrior is defined by the willingness to remain present when confronted with a profound choice: to retreat or to move forward through the fire.
On Monday, July 20, I will be leading WARRIOR, a 2 hour and 15 minute immersive experience designed to cultivate courage, clarity, resilience, and resolve through movement, breath, sound, and deep inner work.
We will begin with a powerful heat-building yoga practice accompanied by a live soundtrack from internationally acclaimed producer DTO. From there, we will move into a deep shamanic breathwork journey designed to cultivate tapas—the transformative fire that burns through old patterns, dissolves resistance, lifts the veil, and reveals what lies beneath.
Throughout the evening, participants will be supported with Reiki, personalized guidance, and intentional integration practices within a powerful ceremonial container.
