We figured this summer, it's time we did something new :). Join us for this special Sword Balancing Basics session with April. You will learn a fun and slow combo while balancing the sword on various parts of your body! This session will run on Saturdays at 6:30 pm, June 29 through August 17 (there will be no class on July 20). The cost is $90 for all 7 classes if booked and paid for before May 29. After May 29, the standard rate of $110 will apply. This session is included for our monthly members.
You do not have to own a sword to attend this session (we have plenty of yoga blocks you can learn to balance with), but if you would like to purchase one, only props like these - https://shorturl.at/qvPZ6 - will be allowed in class, not real swords :).
