The project is exploring the possible remains of Warrington’s lost medieval castle near St Elphin’s. The Kickstarter campaign aims to help fund the next careful archaeological investigation, with proper permissions and professional archaeological guidance.

During the evening, Keith Myers will share the story so far, show the campaign video, explain what the Kickstarter is trying to fund, and answer questions about the next stage of the project.

This is a responsible archaeology project. There should be no independent digging, no metal detecting, and no disturbance of the site. Any future work will only take place through the proper permissions and professional archaeological guidance.
