Warm Up & Wind Down in-store with lululemon ambassadors

You’re invited to Move & Restore, a community sweat that blends movement and mindfulness.

We’ll kick things off with an energizing, warm-up session led by our Running Ambassador Joe, focused on building heat, strength, and momentum to prep the body for movement — no running experience required. Then, we’ll slow things down with a post workout, cool down, yoga flow guided by our Yoga Ambassador MaryKay, helping you stretch, breathe, and reset.

This in-store experience is designed to be inclusive, uplifting, and community-centered — whether you’re training, recovering, or simply looking to move with intention.
