Come join us at Lee + White for a cozy winter market hosted by The West End Merchants Coalition.

Join us for a day of giving, community, and local shopping at the Warm Hearts Winter Market! This special event combines a neighborhood-wide food and coat drive with a vibrant vendor market at Lee & White.

Month-Long Collection Drive (November 1-24)

Support our community by donating non-perishable food items and gently used winter coats. Look for marked donation boxes at all participating West End merchants throughout November. (Participating merchants will be announced and listed on our Website and Social media outlets.) Every donation makes a difference!

Collection Day & Vendor Market

What to Expect:

- Local merchants will bring their collected donations to create a community distribution hub

- Browse unique offerings at The Bigger Picture Vendor Market

- Connect with fellow community members

- Support local Westend businesses and artisans

- Help ensure our neighbors stay warm and fed this winter

How to Participate

As a Community Member:

  - Donate food and coats at any participating West End merchant

  - Visit the vendor market on November 24th

  - Pick up essential items if you're in need

As a Merchant:

  - Host a donation box throughout November

  - Bring collected items to Lee & White on November 24th

  - Join in supporting our community's winter preparedness

Vendor Guidelines

Registration:

  - All vendors must register through Eventbrite

  - Space is limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis

Vendor Restrictions:

  - No hot food vendors

  - Dessert vendors are welcome

Event Details:

  - This is an outdoor event

  - Vendors are responsible for their own:

    - Tables and displays

    - Tents or coverings

    - Set-up and breakdown

    - Weather protection

    - Trash removal
