Let's turn up the heat to be extra warm and cozy for some super soothing gentle yoga! Temp will hang around 75-78 degrees during this beginner friendly slow flow class. Guided breathwork, meditation, mindful movement, and deep relaxation in this stunning second floor event space.Donations are appreciated, but not required (suggested $5-20/class for those able, via cash, venmo, etc). You may use this page to sign up & donate out of convenience, if you like. Otherwise, drop-ins are welcome!
