Warm and Supportive Referrals

This training aims to guide direct service staff on how to develop meaningful relationships with external organizations, analyze community assets, and provide direct service referrals that are supportive and successful for youth in high risk situations. We will ensure participants understand how to create effective memorandums of understanding, identify a point person for referrals, track and analyze successful and unsuccessful referrals, and continuously meet to ensure quality of referrals.
