This will be an Organised Play event!
Players will deciding who will be the Dark Magician's
Warhammer 40K Warlord 2025 !!!
Which includes a prize pool of $700 Store Credit
Official Games Workshop Tournament Merch awarded at the start of the Tournament!!!
Warlord Trophy Award also to be awarded on the day!
$100 Entry
$400 Store Credit for First prize.
Prizes for 2nd, 3rd, Fellowship and Best Painted
Extra Entries increase the prize pool!
(Our last Warlord Tournament went from $700 to $900 prize pool!)

We will be strictly adhering to the Current 10th Edition Rule Set.
With all Current Edition Index's and Codex's (Codi?)
All games will be played on 6ft by 4ft tables.
These are the things you will need to bring to Sunday's
Tournament:
3000pt Battle Forged Army
(Legendary Units are allowed!)
Forgeworld models are allowed.
WYSIWYG !
(It doesn’t have to be all from GW, but it has to clearly defined.
Strictly No Recasts! Strictly No Printed or Ripped Minis etc,)
Please Bring:
One 3000pt army
Dice
Tape Measure
Tokens
Hard copy of Army list
Codex and/or All Data Cards Required to field your army.
There will be 3 rounds
The time table for the day:
8:30am Dice Up! Beginning of Round 1
12:00 Dice Down! End of Round 1, report score, re-set tables
12:10 am Dice Up! Beginning of Round 2
3:40 pm Dice Down! End of Round 2, report score, re-set tables
3:50 pm Dice Up Beginning of Round 3
6:20 pm Dice Down! End of Round 3, report score, re-set tables
6:30 pm De-Briefing and Award Prizes!!!
Missions:
Missions will be out of the Chapter Approved Mission Deck 2025-26
Missions are yet to be drawn. And will be listed in the discussions at a later date. Watch for future updates.
Scoring:
Wins: Overall Match Wins take Precedence over everything else.
Points: the points for Primary and Secondary Objectives
(including Painting and Fellowship pts, listed below )
Your Opponent will give you a rating between 1&10 for your Fellowship as well. Fellowship Awards take the place of the Standard Painting Awards.
I will be personally accessing the Painting awards myself. using our standard
Painting Rubric, and awarding between 1-30 pts
Max Points for the day will be 330
(Primary, Secondary, Painting and Fellowship points)
Time:
The Player that used the Least amount of time is used to determine tie-breakers.
We will be employing Chess clocks at each table.
Each player will have 105 minutes (1 and 3 quarter hours) to complete all of their turns each round. (Their opponents will also have 105 minutes to complete their turns)
Anyone who runs out of time loses the following abilities until the end of game:
1. No moving Anything Anywhere.
(Includes Charging)
2. No Shooting
3. No Psychic Powers.
4. No Use of Stratagems
T.O.s' rulings are Final
The T.O. reserves the right to enter the Tournament Expressly for the purpose of making sure that no-one has a bye.
The store reserves the right to refuse entry bases on poor social behaviour or poor hygiene.
