Warhammer 40,000: Doom Race!Bring 150pts of mounted and vehicle models, OR up to 1000pts of Chaos Demons! Match play Warhammer 40,000 rules will be in effect with these exceptions:
All racing units Advance 4D6 and all units conduct tank shock, using the rules for the Tank Shock stratagem, when they complete a charge, for free. If damage is sufficient to destroy the enemy unit, the model can move the full charge distance rolled. Turn order is determined by which racer’s model is in the lead. In the event of a dead heat, players roll off until the front runner is determined.
Racing Forces activate first. Roll off to determine the order in which racing will commence.
While a Racer is on an Objective Marker they may utilize any stratagem for free.
Racers can pass through any terrain feature but must take a hazardous check.
Racer Stratagems:
((Need for speed 1CP))
When: a unit is activated in the movement phase.
Target: any unit.
Effect: re-roll any or all individual advance die rolls. This unit can both shoot and charge even if it is has advanced.
((Crack Shot 2 CP))
When: any phase when this unit is chosen to activate.
Target: any unit.
Effect: this unit can re-roll the hit roll, and gains anti-vehicle & anti-monster 3+, devastating wounds.
((Blitzing Speed 1CP))
When: movement phase.
Target: any unit.
Effect: Add two additional dice to this units advance rolls, in addition this unit can only be hit on an unmodified roll of a 6+ both in shooting and melee.
((By Lucky Bolts and Scraps 2 CP))
When: any phase.
Target: any unit.
Effect: the unit gains a 3+ invulnerable save, and a 3+ feel no pain.
