Submission Cutoff Date: 28/07/26 - 10pm
Prizing: (based on participation)
Players will be assigned opponents using BCP and all players must complete their first game before their subsequent games can be played. Each round will have 2 weeks to be played.
Prizing Structure:
<12 Players - 1st, 2nd and 3rd receive staggered store credit + lucky door prize given to a player who completes all 3 of their games but did not place.
12 to 16 Players - 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th receive staggered store credit + lucky door prize given to a player who completes all 3 of their games but did not place.
16 to 20 Players - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th receive staggered store credit + lucky door prize given to a player who completes all 3 of their games but did not place.
20+ Players - 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th receive staggered store credit + 2 lucky door prizes given to players who completes all 3 of their games but did not place.
Games must be played using the Chapter Approved 26-27 Mission Deck and scored using Tabletop Battles or similar app. Each of players 3 games have predetermined Terrain Layouts to guarantee consistency for the event. A screenshot of the result must be submitted to appropriate channel in the Wargaming Newcastle Discord along with a photo of the game in progress as well as reported via Best Coast Pairings. Games do not have to be played at Good Games, or on the event day, but both players must report the results. Information regarding deployments and primary missions can be found on the Tabletop Battles app or online. Please play all your games out to the natural end, concessions will result in less points accrued for players.
Terrain Layouts and pairings will be released after the list submission cutoff date.

This event will be scored with the 10VP for Battle Ready and be submitted to the ITC Circuit.
Army lists must be submitted to Best Coast Pairings. Players must use the same army list for the duration of the event.

For terrain set up, use what you have avaliable, but make sure both players are okay with the layout. Try to keep it as symmetrical as possible, referring to tournamant layouts described in Tabletop Battles or a Google search where possible.
