We are honored that the Wake & District Pipe Band will be performing during Salute to Heroes Night with the Wilson Warbirds on July 31 at Wilson Ballpark.This evening is dedicated to honoring military members, veterans, first responders, and local heroes through tributes, ceremonies, and moments of remembrance and gratitude. (Come See Wilson)
For us, events like this are never simply performances. The pipes and drums carry memory, pride, sacrifice, and respect in a way few sounds can. We are proud to stand alongside a community taking time to recognize people who serve others before themselves.
We look forward to bringing the skirl of the pipes and thunder of the drums to Wilson for what promises to be a powerful evening of baseball, community, fireworks, and honor.
