Wapello County's Wildlife Weekend 2027

For the fourth year, Meet Ottumwa and Wapello County Conservation are teaming up to bring you a day filled with nature, learning, and family fun!
Join us for hands-on activities and games hosted by local vendors and organizations, engaging guest speakers and animal ambassadors, and plenty of opportunities to learn more about the natural world around us.
And don’t miss the incredible sight of dozens of bald eagles gathering along the Des Moines River, right outside the Bridge View Center!
Bring the whole family and make a day of it as we celebrate the beauty of nature and all that Wapello County has to offer!
