Join us for an afternoon of reflection, connection, and mindful exploration in nature. This small-group retreat integrates walking meditations, expressive eco-arts, sensory awareness activities, and guided reflection to support reconnection with self, others, and the natural world.
Facilitated by PLPCs Maddly Kolker and Lauren McWhorter of Crescent City Psychotherapy & Wellness, the retreat offers a supportive space for personal growth and grounded presence.
