Nottingham-based Midnight Rodeo are a collective of five close friends who met on the city’s live circuit. Signing with FatCat Records in 2022, they’ve released four singles to date, and now have their debut album, “Chaos Era”, ready to go. They have received consistent national and international press support for their first 4 singles (CLASH, So Young, Under The Radar, Brooklyn Vegan), and have sold out 3 record releases in their hometown, alongside a relentless touring schedule around the UK & Europe.
In 2023 the band toured with Deja Vega alongside performing their own headline dates, as well as making multiple festival appearances. Their 18 date Winter 2023 tour was a huge success, including more sold out shows around the UK & in Paris. 2024 saw them play legendary Nottingham venue Rock City and headline The Windmill, Brixton, and they saw capacity crowds at festivals such as TGE, Focus Wales, Tramlines, Outer Town & Manchester Psych Fest. They also had another UK tour supporting The Howlers in October 2024.
The much-anticipated debut album is set for release early 2025 on FactCat Records (Sigur Rós, Animal Collective, Frightened Rabbit, The Twilight Sad, We Were Promised Jetpacks), having been mixed by Grammy award winning mixing engineer Claudius Mittendorfer (Sorry, Temples, Parquet Courts) and mastered by John Webber (David Bowie, Ash, Coach Party, Junodream).
