WANDER: mindful hike + breathwork + cold plunge + yoga + lunch + cacao ceremony

As the year draws to a close join Wild Women Tribe in a women’s empowerment adventure in Park City as we tune into our relationship with our "comfort zones" on a mindful hike then participate in a guided Wim Hof breathwork session that gets us in tune with our bodies before plunging into cold water in the ultimate challenge of stepping into unknown territory.

Discover the exhilaration and empowerment of stepping outside of your comfort zone in a day that brings you back to your center on a mindful hike Wim Hof breathwork and cold plunge yoga flow lunch and sacred cacao ceremony.

We come back to our bodies with nourishing lunch and a yoga flow practice at Yoga Mastery Institute guided by Molly Craig and learn how to trust our bodies and ask for what we need with a sacred cacao ceremony infused with mindfulness and inner alignment. Come away remembering YOU are the medicine and all the safety you need lies within. Take a look inward at how we face challenges and how to turn discomfort and fear into growth and opportunity and ultimate find safety and security within.
