Welcome to the Wander & Flow Fall Yoga Series! Join me at the Ritmo Canela Academy of Performing Arts this Fall for a rejuvenating yoga session.

Let's flow through poses, breathe deeply, and find our inner peace together. No matter your skill level, this event is perfect for everyone looking to unwind and connect with their body and mind. Come dressed in comfy clothes, bring your yoga mat and water bottle.
