🍂Join us as we continue our Autumn series on Sunday the 29th of March for our Wander and Flow Yoga Hikes. This event brings we explore the tranquil Black Swan Lake in Lakelands, WA.
We will start our morning with a warming 45min beginner friendly yoga practice. Before we head off on our very gentle 6km wander. We’ll pause at the peaceful spot and visit "Little Lui" Thomas Sabo's Giant, in Marley reserve, before returning refreshed and nourished by movement and nature.
👯♂️Come with a friend, or arrive solo and leave with new connections.
🙏 Our community is welcoming, supportive and open to all levels — truly. If you can walk, you can join us.
🧋Perhaps join us afterward for a "cuppa" at he local Lakelands coffee club.
*********************What to Expect*************************
*45 minute of slow beginner friendly yoga. (Please bring your own mat or towel).
*A mindful rewarding 1.5hr hike, 6 km return.
*Space to connect with yourself, nature and new friends.
*Beautiful company , with a relaxed and supportive vibe.
*A chance to unwind and spend time with friends maybe bring a picnic or join us at the local Coffee Club afterward to purchase a drink and a bite to eat.
* Allow 3hrs for your experience.
* Your guides Bevan and Shauna are ;
*Experienced hikers.
*Shauna is a Certified Yoga Teacher( 550hrs)
*First aiders and carry first aid equipment.
*Licensed by Dept of Biodiversity and Conservation
*Insured for your safety.
*Carry Sun screen and Insect repellent.

Parking is free.
There are no toilets. Closest toilet is at Lakelands Train Station.
This is a mosquito breathing ground please dress appropriately.
Please wear water proof footwear.
