WANA is a year long schedule of instructor-facilitated virtual writing classes.
Every month we are offering writing intensives facilitated by some of the most talented poets from all across the globe.
Each master class will focus on a different topic, but will leave you feeling empowered, enlightened, and elevated in your craft.
If you can't make it at the scheduled time, register anyway! You will also have access to the recordings and workshop material just in case you miss a class or wish to revisit a class you attended.
THIS MONTH'S WORKSHOP: How to Play with Your Poems
Step into the art of joyful creation with “How To Play With Your Poems,” a generative workshop led by spoken word poet and teaching artist Soul Stuf. This workshop invites you to explore poetry through the lens of play, uncovering techniques to find inspiration in everyday moments. Soul Stuf will share his unique principles of play, guiding you to let go of perfection and embrace spontaneity in your writing. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with three new poems and a toolkit of creative, off-the-wall strategies to bring a fresh, playful energy to all your writing. Perfect for poets and writers looking to reconnect with the fun and freedom of their craft!
