This year’s Culinary Showcase will take us on a culinary journey across the United States. Coming on the heels of America’s 250th anniversary, this theme gives us an opportunity to celebrate the incredible variety of American cuisine!
Atlantic Coast:
The Atlantic Coast encompasses a tremendous range of culinary traditions—from New England and the Mid-Atlantic to the Chesapeake and Carolina Lowcountry.
Gulf Coast:
The Gulf Coast offers an equally diverse culinary landscape, including Southern, Cajun, Creole, Caribbean, Mexican and other cultural influences that have helped shape the food of the region.
Pacific Coast:
The Pacific Coast stretches from California through the Pacific Northwest and Alaska to Hawaii, offering opportunities to explore a wide variety of regional ingredients and Indigenous, Asian, Mexican and other cultural influences.
