Walla Walla Symphony Presents: Vienna Boys Choir
The Vienna Boys Choir traces its history back more than 500 years, with roots in Vienna’s Imperial Chapel. Today, 90 choristers make up four touring choirs that perform nearly 300 concerts each year. Since 1924, the Vienna Boys Choir has toured in 100 countries, sharing its music with audiences around the world.
For generations, its young singers have traveled far beyond Vienna, turning a centuries-old musical tradition into a shared experience for listeners of many ages and backgrounds today.
This October, you don't have to travel far to experience that tradition for yourself. Bring someone you enjoy spending time with and share an evening away from your usual routine with an ensemble whose path stretches from imperial Vienna to Walla Walla.
