Come join us for some community magic as we bring together local healthcare providers, senior-focused businesses, community organizations, caregivers, families, & local professionals for an afternoon centered around education, networking, resources, and community support. This free to attend event is designed to connect local businesses, directly with senior, families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
