This tour revisits the heyday of cinema in Adelaide when Rundle Street (now Mall) and Hindley Street were indundated with movie cinema houses and patrons embraced the ritual of attending the latest movie releases. It was a time to dress up and immerse yourself in an experience which helped you forget about the real world for a couple of hours. Hear about the history and related stories of some of the cinema theatres in the city and their eventual demise.
