Join Montpelier Alive for Cityscape & Landscape, a free fall walking tour series exploring the intersections of our city’s built environment and the natural world. For three Thursday evenings in the middle of October: the 9th, 16th, and 23rd, local guides will lead one-hour walks highlighting bridges, wildlife, and public art downtown.
✨ October 16th- Montpelier’s Wildside: Tracking Life along the River
Hunt for tracks and signs of wildlife movement along Montpelier's rivers - from muddy pawprints to beaver chews and bird roosts. If you have ever wanted to learn more about Montpelier's wild side, this walk is for you!
Led by Ana Maria Arroyo, Teacher-Naturalist, North Branch Nature Center
📍 All tours meet at Guertin Park (grass lot on Main St. between Shaw’s and The Drawing Board) at 5:30 PM.
