From the jazz clubs of Soho to the gentlemen's clubs of St James's and Mayfair, this walk delves into the history of both renowned and notorious nightlife venues.

We will explore the realm of West End clubs, ranging from the exceedingly exclusive to the remarkably gritty, not forgetting the exceptionally trendy. We will trace the paths of royalty, film stars, authors, aristocrats, and ordinary Londoners who danced, drank, fell in love, and occasionally faced scandal in the semi-hidden world of London's eclectic clubs.

I went on the Aldwych walk today lead by Michael Duncan. It was so interesting and Michael was a very knowledgeable and sociable guide. He made the 1.45 minutes of the tour fly by. Even though I live in London and thought I know the area, I still saw places I hadn't been to before, and heard some fascinating stories. Highly recommend.
