Walking on Wednesdays - a Wellness Experience for the Grieving

Whether you lost someone yesterday or years ago, sometimes the best thing to do is just be with people who understand.

Come take a gentle walk with us and begin to heal in nature at this beautiful neighborhood park.

Each month we will choose a new location and you are welcome to join us. Dress for the weather. Talking about your loss is optional and everyone is welcome.

Laguna Seca in North Coyote Valley Conservation Area is located on the north west side of Santa Teresa Blvd just north of Bailey. Take Hwy 101 to Bailey Avenue and turn right on Santa Teresa. The preserve will be on your left. Please continue to Bayliss Drive to make a u turn and return down Santa Teresa to our gate on the right hand side.
