Please join us as Patty Clark, ERYT, (experienced registered yoga teacher) & Community Garden Member, guides us on a 15 minute mindfulness walk through the Garden.

Be sure to wear closed toe shoes, dress comfortably and for the weather-rain or shine.
This practice is recommended for those 14 & older.
Afterwards, we’ll have a big salad bowl, where you are welcome to contribute a plant based food from your plot or home, prepped and ready.
The health benefits of a walking meditation are numerous & heightened by the beautiful Garden this time of year. It’ll be fun to share a nutritious Summer salad together too.
This is being offered as a donation only (Cash/Check) fund raiser to benefit the Grayling Community Garden.
