Walking Meditation in the Park

Sync your mind with your body's natural strolling medicine. Join us for EarthHeart Healing's Movement Practice. This month, we're using sacred geometry, the nurturing benefits of being BAREFOOT on the Earth, mindfulness and some toning/singing practices to relax, restore, and take in magic with each step! This is accessible to all--bring a blanket if you prefer that to the grass for our rest at the end.

We will be meeting by the platform at the Main Street Nature Park in Weaverville from 6:30-7:30pm.

Cost is $10-20 sliding scale
