8:00-9:00am:
3ish mile walk. Gather at Bayside Park. Leave promptly at 8:05am! We will head for Times Square and hop on the beach heading south. Walk to Mom’s to share some mojo if they’re open. Then…Take the road back turning right on Crescent Street back to 1st Street and Bayside Park!
9:00-10:00am:
45-60 minutes of fun yoga in Bayside Veterans Park with certified yoga instructor, Katie Tierney of KT Adventures.
Only thing needed is a good attitude! Mats or towels optional as we will do yoga on the turf area. Water probably a good idea.
Come for part or all of the walk and/or the yoga. Come one day. Come every day. NO RULES.
