If you're not interested in pickleball or kayaking but still want to stay active, consider joining Parks and Recreation for the launch of its new program, "Walk with Parks."
This program is tailored for those who simply want to go for a leisurely walk. Park locations vary each Sunday, and the walks cover up to 4 miles in total. All walks take place on paved paths and are open to everyone. To participate, please register or RSVP by calling 352-527-7540.
To ensure a pleasant walk, please remember to bring water, sunscreen, wear comfortable clothes, a hat, and walking shoes.
