Walk with Ease is a free walking program that focuses on improving your health. No matter your fitness level, this six-week program will help you connect with other community members who want to walk. Walking with others is safe and also promotes better health and long-term success. This program was developed by the Arthritis Foundation. Books are included for participants with sessions scheduled from 2-3 pm on Tuesday's and Thursday's from August 19-September 25 at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO 64501.
