Join our monthly walks led by a healthcare practitioner. You’ll hear a brief health talk then we walk! It’s free and everyone is welcome.
About this Event

Every 3rd Saturday of the month at 9AM you'll find an enthusiastic group meeting to hear a healthcare practitioner present a brief health topic. Then we walk for about an hour. There is no pressure to walk quickly. It's non competitive.
