Once a month we invite a different doctor to a different park to dish out nuggets of wisdom on a topic for 5-10 minutes, then hit the pavement for a walk.

Come chat with Weis Regional Dietitian Melissa Logan, MHSc, RDN, LDN to learn some easy nutrition tips you can use to have a healthy 2025. She grew up in New Jersey where she got her first degree in Nutrition from Rutgers University before moving to PA and completing her Master's at Cedar Crest College. She's passionate about making healthy food delicious and encouraging people to move in ways they enjoy!
