Start your weekend off on the right foot and join us for our next Walk with a Doc!
Gregory Conners, MD, MPH, MBA, will lead Upstate’s Walk with a Doc on Saturday, Jan. 11 at 9 a.m. This session of Walk With a Doc will be held indoors, at the Baldwinsville YMCA, 8040 River Road.
Conners specializes in Pediatrics and Pediatric Emergency Medicine and will provide updates from Upstate Golisano Children's Hospital. Participants then walk at their own pace and distance. The event is free and open to the public.
Walk with a Doc is a walking program for everyone interested in taking steps for a healthier lifestyle. You’ll take a few minutes to learn about a current health topic from a healthcare provider, then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and fun conversation.
It’s a great way to get out, get active, and enjoy all the benefits that come from walking. Walk your own pace and distance.
