Walk with a Doc - Edgewood Park & Natural Preserve

Join us for a community Walk with a Doc event! We’ll start with a brief health talk from a doctor, followed by about one hour of relaxed walking together. The pace is comfortable and open to all, with breaks and pauses whenever the group needs them. After the walk, there will be time for questions and conversation. Come for the fresh air, light movement, and a chance to learn more about healthy living.

Meet under the tree right next to the parking lot around 8:50am. After a brief talk, we will begin walking around 9:10am. There will be a Walk with a Doc sign and a few people with Walk with a Doc shirts. You can call my number if needed 707-723-2891.
