The 2nd session of Walk with a Doc (WWAD) is on Sunday, August 30!
At Walk with a Doc, a healthcare professional typically starts the event with a brief discussion on a topic of their choice. The rest of their time is spent walking and talking with participants in a fun, relaxed setting. At each event, you’ll have the opportunity to walk at a pace and distance with which you are comfortable.

Schedule:
12:45-1:00 pm: Welcome & sign-in
1:00-1:10 pm: 5-10 minute health talk
1:10-1:45pm: Break into pace groups for 30-minute walk
1:45-2:00pm: Informal connection time
