STEAMBOAT

Steamboat Resort is a major ski area in the western United States, located in northwestern Colorado at Steamboat Springs. Operated by the Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation, it is located on Mount Werner, a mountain in the Park Range in the Routt National Forest. Originally named Storm Mountain ski area, it opened on January 12, 1963.[1][2]

The ski area has 170 named trails spread over 2,965 acres (4.6 sq mi; 12.0 km2). Of those, 14% are classified as beginner-level, 42% as intermediate, and 44% as advanced. It also contains the Mavericks Superpipe, one of the premier[according to whom?] half-pipes in North America. Limited trails available for night skiing began with the 2013–14 season.

LODGING

We will be staying at a big townhouse in Steamboat Springs, 5 MINUTES WALK to Both Gondolas & Lifts, with 4 bedrooms, 10 beds (1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 6 single beds), 4 baths, 1 living room, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 1 kitchenette. We will max out at 14 people. The townhouse is 5 minutes walk to lifts, and 2 minutes walk to a shuttle stop.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

Daily round trip transportation from the house to the ski resort is included. Round trip transportation from DEN airport to the house is included if the flights are the same as listed above. If your arrival flight and/or departure flight are within 15 minutes of our flights indicated above, we can still accommodate you on airport transportation. We can use the vehicle to go out for dinners, and other activities as well.

LIFT TICKETS

* Get Ikon Base Pass for $969 (https://www.ikonpass.com). This is the best price we have for this trip. This is the best price we have for this trip, and the pass you get will also be good for our other Ikon Pass mountain trips.

We will accept Early Bird $200 deposit this season before Sept 1st 2024 to secure your spot Regular $250 deposit when Early Bird spots have sold out. (The balance $459 is due by Sept 1st, or the deposit will be forfeited).

This 7 days 6 nights ski/snowboard trip includes: 5 days downhill skiing or snowboarding at Steamboat Resort, 6 nights of lodging at nearby condos, mostly two persons will share a bed & a room, or upgrade to own bed. We will do our best to match your roommate. All ground transportation, including daily round trip transportation from house to these mountains, transportation on activity day and to dinners, and round trip airport transportation to and from the house if your flights are the same one mentioned above (earlier on arrival flight or later on departure flight).
