We're kicking off our 2nd Annual Healthspan Challenge with Walk the Block, a fun and inclusive community event for all ages and abilities. Choose your own pace and length: just a quick loop around the block (½ mile) or go the distance with a full 1-mile walk or roll.Bring your wheels and your people! Strollers, bikes, scooters, walkers, wheelchairs, kids, parents, and grandparents. If it moves (safely), it’s welcome!
We'll meet at 9am at the Perham Farmers Market (closer to Empowering Kids). Parking is available on the grassy area behind the market. Look for the entrance across from Nyhus Motors.
After your walk or roll, stick around for a healthy snack, shop the Farmers Market, and grab your Healthspan Challenge tracker!

What is the Healthspan Challenge?
The Healthspan Challenge is a 6-week community wellness challenge focused on helping you build healthier habits through small, weekly actions. Each week, you’ll complete simple challenges designed to support your physical, mental, or social well-being.
Participants turn in a completed slip each week to be eligible for weekly prizes, and those who complete all six weeks by Tuesday, September 30 will be entered to win the grand prize of $250 in Perham Bucks.
It’s all about progress, not perfection; proving that it’s never too late to make changes that help you feel your best.
