Come join our weekly walk: Walk, Talk, Repeat, a very easy, laid-back, friendly and supportive way for everybody in the community to connect, enjoy fresh air and have a chat together. All abilities are welcome!

Walk will last around one hour
The first week’s route: to Salford Quays
After the walk, we’ll return to Langworthy Cornerstone to socialise, chat and unwind
