Walk, Talk, Do, Care.

Delivered in collaboration with Roots to Wellbeing and Parndon Mill, Walk, Talk, Do, Care. offers a safe, friendly space to improve your mental and physical wellbeing through nature, creativity and community.

Each session starts with some light physical activity in the beautiful natural surroundings of Parndon Mill led by a qualified walk leader from Roots to Wellbeing. We then head indoors for a creative workshop led by a different local artist each month, curated by Matipo Arts.

Walk, Talk, Do, Care. is kindly funded by the Carer's Community Fund and the KAO seed fund so sessions are free to attend. All materials and refreshments are provided. No experience necessary!
