Walk on Country is a Reconciliation Week initiative fostering unity through cultural exchange. Aboriginal elders, youth, and knowledge holders lead immersive journeys to deepen understanding of their heritage.Participants engage in traditional practices, learning about bush tucker, artifacts, and the rich tapestry of Aboriginal life. Through shared experiences, barriers dissolve, fostering empathy and respect. This walk symbolises a commitment to reconciliation, bridging gaps between communities and honoring the resilience and wisdom of Indigenous peoples. It's a powerful step towards healing, promoting mutual understanding, and celebrating the diversity that enriches our shared Australian identity.
