Welcome to WALK KC, a 5K to 10K walk or run. Join the pre-launch on March 15, Saturday, 8:00 AM at Liberty Memorial Tower!

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking for a casual stroll, this is for you. Enjoy the scenic spots of KC, the camaraderie of fellow participants, and challenge youself to fitness, and support a good cause.

You are challenged to complete 3 miles at least with a two-hour limit.

BRING your GPS (your phones have).

The event starts with a 15-minute YOGA with NKCYOGA all levels of standing poses (no yoga mat needed).

7:40 AM Meet at the tower for yoga 8:00 AM Start

Park anywhere close. There is a small paved parking lot off Memorial Drive West at the south end of the loop trail.
