We’re coming together to move our bodies, build community, and protect our hearts.Did you know cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S.? We’re taking that personally and intentionally by stepping up to combat it in our own community through movement, awareness, and connection while raising funds in support of the American Heart Association.
