Join us for a Walk into Wellness, a rejuvenating event that blends a peaceful nature walk with a calming guided meditation. Begin your day with a serene stroll through the beautiful natural surroundings of San Angelo's Concho River, allowing the sights and sounds of nature to soothe your mind. Following the walk, enjoy a guided meditation session to deepen your sense of peace and well-being.
Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, this event offers a supportive environment for all. Reconnect with yourself and nature, and leave feeling refreshed and revitalized!
7:30am Meet at The Bosque Park | 330 S. Irving St.
Look for me in my white straw hat by the parking lot.
7:40am Nature Walk
We will walk along the river to a nearby beautiful spot
8:00 Guided Meditation
While seated on the ground, we will do a 20-min session.
8:30am Return Walk
Back to our starting point, we will finish at approximately 8:45am.
TO WEAR/BRING:
👟 Comfortable walking shoes and clothes to move in; we will moving a slow pace and staying on the river walk trail.
🧘 Yoga mat, towel or something to sit on the ground for the guided meditation, and
😎 🧢 💦 Any outdoor personal comfort items - sunglasses, hat, water bottle, light jacket.
